Memorial Day Weekend 2011

I cannot blog about Memorial Day without acknowlodging the meaning of this holiday. It saddens me to think of all the brave men and women who lost their lives for their country. I pray for the families who lost loved ones. I cannot imagine losing a husband, a father, or son. I am so thankful for all those who have served and for those that are serving now. It never gets any easier to see the names and faces flash on the television screen of those that have lost their lives overseas. I pray for them and their families.

This memorial day was a very relaxing one for the Moyers' house. The kids had some friends over and we did a whole lot of swimming. It was nice.
